Hello all,
We had a wonderful day in wine country. It is very much like Napa Valley; just has lots of rocky mountains surrounding the vineyards-beautiful. Afrika is a special place that is hard to put in to words. As Maria stated so profoundly; "that is why in certain languages, there is not a direct translation for certain words. emotions belong to them and you cannot translate, you need to experience."
Our morning was spent at 2 vineyards and a Motor Museum and shopping of course. Spent the afternoon walking around town, buying trinkets and having a beer. Will sent pics in 2012! Hitting late dinner here in Franschhoek!
