Hello All,
Today is Friday, December 16th and we have arrived at the bush! It is our first night in Kruger National Park. We are staying in a tented "resort". It is the coolest thing ever! Aftter a long drive today, we arrived and immediately jumbped into our jeep with our tracker and guide who will do everything with us for the next few days, except sleep. We went on our first Safari drive today and will have two everyday for the next 6 days. We have already seen the most amazing animals! They include, Zebra, Springbok, Warthog, Wildabeast, Buffalo, Hippo (now referred to as Gloria; thank you Katie), Hyena, milipeeds, numerous members of the deer family, scorpio. Tons of dung and animal tracks. For the next few days, i will just send pics as the uploading of them takes forever in the bush. We do have wifi but it goes in and out.
Tomorrow we head out at 5:30 and go south. We are on a mission to find a particular pride of lions. Two moms have 7 cubs! Saturday should be a great day as we already have 1 out of 5 of the Big 5 under our belt - Buffalo, elephant, rhino, lion and leopard! More tomorrow and i will post more pictures tomorrow.

P.S. Apparently the elephants come and drink out of the pool! Can't wait to snap that photo!!
