Sorry for the blip in updating blog. We have been at our last lodge in Kruger National Park and did not have any access to internet or wifi. So, here is the latest.
Wednesday night was our last night at Monwana Lodge in Thornybush. We had an amazing dinner outside under the stars around our beautiful boma bonfire.. We dined on Kudu loin, chicken skewers and some kind of wild game bratwurt cooked on the braai. I’d love to show you the pictures, but ding dong; who shall remain nameless (a.k.a. Kara) accidentally deleated all the days pics. Let’s just not talk about it and let it go.
Thursday a.m. was our last game drive with Ryan and Bryan from Monwana. Once again, there was always a surprise around the next corner. For example; the huge leopard named Ntibane (sounds like In-too-bani) who was napping in a drainage ditch. Ntibane is Zulu for warthog and this leopard has a particular love of warthog. Enjoy the pics. KB
P.S. Kids say hi to all! They are planning on bringing a little something back for everyone they have every known.
